Yes! Applying to jobs on KnotWork is completely free for all crew members. You can browse, apply, and connect with job posters at no cost.
How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting a job on KnotWork costs £9.99. Each job post requires one credit, and credits can be purchased directly through your dashboard using secure checkout.
What do I get with one job credit?
One credit allows you to publish a job listing that stays live for 30 days. Your post will be visible to our network of qualified freelance yacht crew and you can manage applications right from your dashboard.
Can I post jobs I am not doing myself?
Absolutely. KnotWork is built for crew helping crew. Whether you‘re unavailable or managing hiring for a vessel, you’re welcome to post jobs for others to take.
What types of jobs can I post?
Any short-term or freelance roles related to yachting: daywork, delivery crew, relief positions, provisioning, dive guides, guest services, and more.
How will I know when new jobs are posted?
You will receive email notifications and (if using the mobile app) push alerts. We are also working on saved searches and custom alerts to help you find the right gigs faster.
Do you verify crew members?
Yes. Crew can upload documents and certifications to enhance their profile. Verified badges are awarded to those who meet our standards for professionalism, safety, and experience.
